Knob Hill offers units with upgraded cabinets and countertops, energy efficient appliances, on-site laundry facilities, secured building access and parking as well as a beautiful community room where a robust variety of free services are offered.

Applicants must also be eligible for a HACLA voucher. The voucher will allow the resident’s rent to be 30% of their adjusted income. Eligible applicants must be under the income limit for their household size and pass a background check.

Restricted or assisted rents, must income qualify.
