Cathy M. Metcalf is the President of Domus Management Company, with her 18 years of affordable property management experience that includes her previous position as Director of Affordable Housing, where Cathy oversaw the day-to-day operations and resident services of over 5,500 units of low income housing through out the states of California and Nevada. Ms. Metcalf has extensive knowledge of the various government funding program requirements including compliance, reporting, financial management and maintenance programs. Ms. Metcalf holds certificates in the LIHTC, USDA Rural Development housing program, HUD 202, 811, PRAC and Section 8 as well as HUD EIV, and Fair Housing. Ms. Metcalf has a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Shelly Metcalf-Williams is Director of Finance and Technology of DMC with 20 years of experience in the affordable housing arena. This experience includes the responsibility and oversight of an accounting staff of 25 processing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll for over 350 employees. Other responsibilities included the review and release of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports, coordination of audit and tax return preparation, payroll and reporting responsibilities to owners and investors as well coordination of the corporate and site software programs. Ms. Williams has attended Delta College.

Chris Mason is the VP of Operations, she and her team are responsible for the over site of all tenant files, move in application packets, annual recertifications and file inspections. Chris holds several certificates in the Low Income Housing Program, USDA Rural Development housing program, HUD multi-family occupancy program as well as the HUD EIV program, fair housing, leadership activities. Chris stays informed of all program updates by subscribing to a myriad of compliance newsletters and email lists. Chris provides annual compliance training, new hire training and updates to all rental office staff on an on-going basis. Her success is exemplified by the excellent file inspection results Domus Management Company receives from various agency and investor file auditors. Under her Supervision, Ms. Mason and her compliance team have achieved several inspection results without any findings or concerns by various government and investor entities. Ms. Mason has over twelve years of low income compliance experience.

Sherra Fleming is the Executive Vice President. Sherra has been with DMC over ten years and has fine tuned her experience to the point that she is our star trainer. Sherra’s training classes are designed to keep our staff up-to-date with the various funding program changes as well as fair housing and industry standards changes. Sherra is currently serving on the board of directors for NAHMA as well as overseeing various lease ups. Her expertise in the multi-faceted world of low-income housing ensures that Domus Management Company is consistently informed and current on all low-income funding sources.

Sherri Schenone is the Director of Human Resources & Marketing for Domus Management Company. Sherri brings to DMC her excellent organizational and marketing skills to the table as well her human resources knowledge. Sherri provides consistent support and guidance to site and supervisory staff on a daily basis. Sherri ensures DMC observes all labor laws and that all employee benefits are administered as per the Domus Management Employee Handbook. Sherri’s vibrant and effective marketing materials and her custom marketing plans for each of our managed properties ensures consistent high occupancy percentages at all times. Sherri has a bachelors degree in consumer and textile marketing from the University of Illinois.

Jong C. Limb is the Chairman of the Board and founder of Newport Partners, LLC based in Irvine, California. Mr. Limb has been involved with the tax credit industry since 1988, serving as President for one of the largest direct corporate tax credit investment programs in the country. Mr. Limb formed Newport in 1998, sourcing tax credit investments on behalf of institutional investors and providing consulting services for developers of affordable housing projects. Prior to forming his own company, Mr. Limb developed the Affordable Housing Program, one of the largest direct investment programs in the country with equity investment programs totaling over $750 million in 250+ projects. Mr. Limb has a bachelor degree in Accounting and Economics from New York University and an MBA with an emphasis in Finance from the University of San Diego.
