New Projects Under Construction

DMC is currently building contact lists for the following projects under construction:

Siena Court – 111 units of Senior Housing – Downtown Pittsburg – Estimated Occupancy March 1, 2012

 

 

 

 

Garvey Court – 68 units of Senior Housing – El Monte – Estimated Occupancy April 1, 2012.

 

 

 

 

 

 

La Valentina – 81 units of Family Housing – Downtown Sacramento – Estimated Occupancy May 2012.

 

 

 

 

 

King’s Beach Housing – Phase II – Additional 63 units of Family Housing in King’s Beach – Estimated Occupancy August 2012.

 

 

 

 

 

 

To ensure you receive an application packet the day they are mailed, call us at 1-866-666-0350 and request that you be added to the contact list for the property you are interested. Approximately four months prior to occupancy, application packets will be mailed out to everyone on the contact list.

Upon receipt of your application packet be sure to complete it, sign and date it and mail it right back to the Domus Management office, as applications for beautiful new low income housing projects are processed on a first come, first serve basis.
